What equipment is needed?
A fully equipped gym is needed to complete the workout portion of this guide.
How challenging are the workouts?
This challenge is written for the intermediate to advanced level trainee with weightlifting and training experience. I will not be going over basics or solely incorporating beginner friendly exercises so please assess your level and comfortability in the gym appropriately! With that said, I have included regressions for some exercises and “level 1” and “level 2” options for the full body circuit workouts.
